Yes — this program requires access to a gym and basic equipment like barbells, dumbbells and a cable machine. It's built around progressive resistance training, which means you need equipment that can be loaded and adjusted over time.
If you don't currently have a gym membership, most gyms offer casual passes or affordable monthly memberships. The investment is worth it — this is athlete-level training, and it needs the right environment to deliver results.
Every style. NFZ Fitness is built around the physical demands of dancing as an art form — not any one specific style. Whether you dance House, Afro, Kizomba, Dancehall, Hip Hop, Contemporary or any other style, the physical foundations are the same.
Strength, power, mobility and endurance are universal. Every dancer who has completed the program — across a wide range of styles — has seen the results translate directly into their movement.
This program is designed for dancers who are actively dancing and want their body to perform better. You don't need to be an advanced dancer — but you do need to be dancing regularly.
In terms of gym experience, you don't need a background in weight training. The program starts from the foundation and builds progressively, with exercise demos available in the app so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it safely.
Yes — and that's exactly how it's designed to be used. NFZ Fitness is not a replacement for your dance practice, it's the physical foundation that supports it. The program runs at 2–3 sessions per week, roughly 45–60 minutes each, so it fits around your existing schedule.
You'll actually find your dance training improves as the weeks progress — more energy, better control and greater capacity to push yourself in class.
You have two options:
Progress straight into the advanced rotating continuation program — ongoing structured training that keeps building on the foundation you've built over 70 days.
You'll finish the program stronger, more controlled and more capable than when you started — equipped with a clear understanding of how to train your body as a dancer moving forward.
Either way, you'll leave with more than you came in with.
A home based program is coming soon — and it's going to be worth the wait. We're building something that delivers the same results without needing a gym, designed for dancers who train from home or don't have easy access to equipment.
