NFZ Fitness is an Australian-based fitness coaching brand specialising in training for dancers. Our services include online coaching programs, educational content, and self-assessment tools.
For all privacy matters, contact us at nfz.fitness@gmail.com.
Our free self-assessment at nfz.fitness/dancers-body-audit is available to anyone without an account. When you complete it, we anonymously save your responses for research purposes.
Here's exactly what gets recorded:
Because no personal data is collected, this data falls outside the scope of privacy legislation including GDPR, CCPA, and Australia's Privacy Act. It is purely anonymous research data — used to understand common physical gaps across dancer populations and inform what programs and content we build. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Aggregated, anonymous findings from this data (for example, "X% of dancers scored low in hip mobility") may occasionally be published in our content or on social media. No individual responses are ever identifiable in any published findings.
Storage: Responses are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, running on Google's infrastructure. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Google's privacy practices: policies.google.com/privacy.
When you purchase a program, complete onboarding, or work with us as a coaching client, we may collect:
We do not collect or store payment card details.
Client information is used to deliver programs, provide coaching support, communicate updates, schedule sessions, and improve our services. We may also contact you with program-related communications including educational content and relevant offers.
Anonymous assessment data is used for research only — to understand physical patterns across dancer populations and guide content development. Nothing more.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis for processing (EU / UK)For coaching clients, we process personal data on the basis of contract (to deliver the services you've purchased) and legitimate interests (service improvement and client communication). For marketing, we rely on consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Assessment data is outside GDPR scope as it contains no personal data within the meaning of the regulation.
We use trusted third-party platforms to run our services. Each operates under its own privacy practices:
We are not responsible for the internal data practices of these platforms, but we only work with services that maintain reasonable privacy and security standards.
Our website and landing pages may use cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, and tracking links. These help us understand how visitors use the site and improve performance. No personal data from these tools is combined with your assessment responses.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that doing so may affect how some pages function.
If you're a client or have opted in via a landing page, we may contact you by email, SMS, or in-app message with program updates, educational content, or relevant offers.
You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. We will action all opt-out requests promptly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Your data is held across secure, reputable third-party platforms.
No digital transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we take our obligations seriously and keep our practices under regular review.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary — to provide services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain business records. Once it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Anonymous assessment data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes, since it cannot be linked to any individual.
